• For retail, customers are freedom to shop and no minimum requirement
at super low retail price.
• For wholesale, minimum requirement all mixing (garments & bags) only need 15 pcs items or above.If you are willing to get 2s boutique wholesale price, please email to kinki_2sboutique@yahoo.com to enjoy the lowest prices you ever seen.
• If you are high volume purchaser such as above 20-30 pcs, you might not need to follow our pre-order date, we could arrange for you the shipment for your own date. However this will need to consult and discuss with kinki in order for us to help you in the best way.
2. What is pre-order? How long does it take to arrive at place?
• All selections pre-order are direct imported and it takes 3-4 weeks awaiting time after the due date. Please do understand, sometimes there might be a delay shipment proceed order if you feel comfortable with waiting time.
3. How about the item(s) that I ordered was out of stock?
• As stocks level is changing every minute, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just out stocked every hour. Customer will receive an email from 2S Boutique, please make replacement in terms or change colors, change item(s) or balance will be reordered for next purchase.
4. What if the size doesn’t fit me and color difference?
• For best results, please refer to our measurement chart of all bag and clothing before purchase. 2S Boutique will not be responsible if doesn’t fit you perfectly, size too small/big or any.
• Photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the photo shooting, monitor’s display or any. Please bear this in mind before purchase, as we will not exchange product with regards due to color discrepancies, materials type, material thin or thickness or any.
• As an additional quality control mechanism, kinki will be assigned to check the products before they are delivered to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
5. Does your company provide catalogue?
• Yes. We have an online catalogue. Kindly refer 2S Boutique Catalogue.
It includes all updated items and no price list. It is a very good selling kit.
6. Poslaju services
• Customer will receive a notification via email or sms once the delivery date is confirmed and ready to send out. Please refer below to trace your parcel arrival.
7. Back out listing
• Be responsible
• No extension
• You should complete your payments before the due date upon confirmation of your order.
• No reservations and fast payment to avoid ‘out of stock'.
